Individual water meters were installed in all units at Canterbury in the summer of 2022.
The individual water meters were installed for two primary reasons: First, to create a fair system of regulating water costs that will allow the HOA to save money for future repair needs like roofing, painting, paving, and more. Second, to create a water cut-off mechanism for each individual unit so that when there is a plumbing or water issue or emergency, the water can be cut off for just that individual unit and not for the entire building or multiple buildings.
